Reservations require a deposit, cabins are dog-friendly and winter arrivals demand advance planning.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Guests should plan arrival carefully because the property is remote and seasonal road conditions may affect travel time.
Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Guests should allow enough time to pack and coordinate any seasonal return transportation.
A deposit equal to 20% of the reservation total is generally charged when the booking is made. The remaining balance is due at departure.
Major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted. Credit-card processing charges may apply under the current payment policy.
A 20% gratuity is automatically added to reservations. Guests should account for this charge when reviewing the total stay cost.
Reservations are subject to applicable sales, lodging and Forest Service-related taxes or fees. These charges are added to the accommodation total.
The deposit is generally refundable when a reservation is canceled at least one month before arrival. Cancellations made within one month of arrival normally result in the loss of the deposit.
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival may be charged in full. Weather concerns should be discussed with the lodge rather than assumed to qualify automatically for a refund.
Private lodge reservations require a larger deposit, generally equal to 50% of the total. This deposit is non-refundable.
Dogs are permitted in cabins only. They are not allowed in main-lodge rooms and cannot be left unattended inside a cabin or elsewhere on the property.
